We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase.  If for any reason you are not, you may return it within fourteen (14) days upon receipt for a refund, less shipping costs.  We are unable to refund shipping charges on returned items.  Items must be returned unworn and in original condition. To expedite processing of your refund, please include your Order number with your return.  Insufficient information may lead to a delay in processing your return. Once your return is processed, you will receive notification by email.  

For your protection, we recommend sending your returns via a traceable carrier and in a box or well-padded envelope.  We are not responsible for merchandise lost or damaged while in transit to us.

Catherine Weitzman stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of all our jewelry. If jewelry purchased through our website requires repair within one (1) year based on normal usage, please contact us to obtain a Repair Authorization Number and send us the item with your receipt. If charges apply, you will be notified prior to beginning the repair. Please allow up to 3 to 4 weeks for repairs. Products purchased through our retailers must be returned to the retailer to process the repair. For repairs, please contact sales@catherineweitzman.com and indicate "Repair" on the subject line.
